Sublimation Printing

Custom services available What Is Sublimation Printing?
Sublimation printing is a technique used to transfer designs onto materials, primarily fabrics. Here's how it works: Process: The design is printed onto special sublimation paper using sublimation inks. The printed paper is then placed onto the fabric or item. Heat and pressure are applied, causing the inks to turn into gas and bond with the fibers of the material. Materials: Works best on polyester fabrics or items with a polyester coating. Ideal for creating vibrant, full-color designs that are embedded into the fabric. Advantages: Durability: The prints are long-lasting and resist fading, cracking, or peeling. Soft Feel: Since the ink becomes part of the fabric, there's no added texture. Vibrant Colors: Produces rich, high-quality images. Limitations: Primarily used on light-colored fabrics. Not suitable for natural fibers like cotton unless specially treated. Sublimation is popular for sportswear, promotional items, and custom apparel due to its vibrant results and durability.

DTF Printing What Is DTF Printing?

Fast becoming the Best way to print!
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a method for transferring designs onto fabrics. Here's an overview: Process: The design is printed onto a special PET film using DTF inks. A hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the printed film. The film is heated to cure the adhesive powder. Application: The film is placed onto the fabric and pressed with a heat press. Once cooled, the film is peeled away, leaving the design on the fabric. Advantages: Versatility: Suitable for various fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. Vibrant Colors: Produces high-quality, detailed prints. No Pretreatment: Unlike DTG printing, no pretreatment of the fabric is necessary. Durability: The prints are durable and withstand washing well. DTF printing is favored for its efficiency and ability to produce intricate designs with ease.
