Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: Choose your product, upload your photo or artwork, select any options (size, colour, finish), and add to cart. If your item requires a proof, we’ll email you one for approval before production.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Typical production times are 2–5 business days after order placed, depending on item type and current demand. Custom UV Prints or large orders may take longer.
Q: What Designs can you Print on Arcylic?
A: We can print any design you require on arcylic, using UV technology.
Q: Do you have any examples we can view?

Q: We are getting Married soon how long in advance do you need the information for the UV Wedding Sign?
A: We would noramlly require you to purchase your sign and forward the Information 4 - 5 weeks in advance, as these signs are very popular and save risk of being late.
Q: How do we get the required information for the signs to you?
A: We have drop down menues on the products page for your required information & photos or you can simply email the information & photos to us (Just supply your order Number, if emailing information & photos)
Shipping & Returns
Q: What are the shipping options and times?
A: We offer standard and expedited shipping. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and chosen service.
Q: Can we use our own courier?
A: Certainly, you will need to organise and pay for the collection and delivery to your address, Contact us when organising your courier and we will give you the pickup address.
Q: Do you offer FREE Shipping?
A: Yes we offer FREE Shipping on orders $60.00 and over , also the UV Wedding & Engagement Welcome & Seating signs are also sent FREE Shipping.

A: Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
